- To collect comments and get the winner you need:
- go to the Instagram app and click on the 3 dots next to the post
- select the "Copy link" menu item
- click the "Add post" button on our page
- paste the link you copied
- provide an email address if you are use service for the first time

Do I need my Instagram account login and password?
No. A link to the post is enough to export comments — no account login or password is required.
In what format are the comments exported?
View the comments on the giveaway page or export them to Excel, with a sequential number for each entry — ready for the draw.
Will all the comments under the post be exported?
In most cases the export is nearly complete. Sometimes the number of collected comments is lower than the counter under the post — these are Instagram's own limitations, not the service. The reasons are explained in detail in our guide.
Can I merge several posts into one giveaway?
Yes. Export the comments for each post separately, then merge them into a single list for one giveaway.
Can I pick a winner several times?
Yes. The result is not saved anywhere, so you can first test how the generator works and then run the giveaway as many times as needed.
Are the post author's comments included?
No. Comments from the organizer's own profile are excluded when picking a winner.
